We have an Al-a-Carte approach to building services. The trip fee is billed separate from the work. This creates a big discount if we consolidate trips to the property. Additionally, our deep understanding of building systems (including HVAC) means we can troubleshoot many problems over the phone...avoiding a costly service visit.
