Our hourly billing approach to pricing requires mutual trust. The fixed price approach incentivises return trips for the 'other thing'. However, some tasks are best priced as a fixed cost. When quality control is simple, fixed pricing can be an ally.
We default to hourly because multiple tasks can be done simultaneously or in one visit. For example, if we are waiting for an appointment to show an apartment, we will be refining the advertising on our laptop or picking up trash around the property.
Anytime someone from the 'office' visits the property, they have basic tools like laptops, brooms, trashbags and a smile - regarlesss if you have chosen to pay us by the hour or some percentage of rent.
We think sage advice is priceless, but we still charge anyway (punny, I know, right?)
